If you can’t see our spaces in person, you can do a virtual viewing. We can even sort out a video meeting with the current tenants. So you can be sure nobody has two heads.

Zero deposit sound good? Dunno about you, but we think it’s
great. That’s if you take our option of one week’s non-refundable
rent. Alternatively, you can leave five weeks’ rent as a deposit.
